Course Objective

Meant for people who want to push photography to the level of exhibition like pictures regularly, or take up any other area of photography professionally. This course is versatile enough to give a feel into many areas of photography.

Curriculum

- Evolution of photography
- a journey through the works and minds of the masters and experts
- The art of light and its applications
- The physics of light and its application
- Understanding natural light (shoot)
- Different forms of artificial light (shoot)
- Control of artificial lights
- The studio – an overview and use of various equipment
- Advanced use of the camera and accessories (shoot)
- Advanced experiments
- Digital workflow

Course Duration

8 classes over 4 weeks

Total about 18 hours

Rs.12,500 + Taxes as applicable

27th May 2013 (Monday): Timings: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays over two weeks. (8 classes)

Weekends: 
25th May 2013(Saturday):Classes on Saturdays & Sundays over four weekends. Timings:9:30 p.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Students should have a digital SLR camera, minimum 10 megapixel, wide-normal-tele range zoom lens and one prime lens normal/tele category. Tripod, addon camera flash.
