3. Course Enrolment & Fees

• Enrolment: Enrolment in any DSP course is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable course fee and receipt of a confirmation from DSP.
• Fee Payment: Course fees must be paid in full or as per the instalment schedule communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees are non-transferable.
• Fee Revisions: DSP reserves the right to revise course fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect students who have already confirmed their enrolment.
• GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged as per prevailing Government of India regulations.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before course commencement: A cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us for specifics based on your course.
• No refund after course commencement: Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason including personal circumstances, relocation, or change of interest.
• DSP cancellation: In the unlikely event that DSP cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent future batch.
• Batch transfers: Students may request a batch transfer before the course begins, subject to availability and a transfer fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, course material, videos, and software — is the property of Delhi School of Photography or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written permission. Student work displayed on this Website remains the property of the respective students; DSP is licensed to display it for promotional purposes.

6. Photography & Student Work

By enrolling at DSP, students consent to their photographs, course work, and testimonials being used by DSP for promotional purposes including — but not limited to — the Website, social media, printed materials, and advertisements. Students who do not wish their work to be used must notify DSP in writing prior to enrolment.

7. Student Code of Conduct

Students enrolled at DSP are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times on DSP premises and during DSP-organised activities. DSP reserves the right to terminate enrolment without refund in cases of misconduct, harassment, or breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
